Our Service guy Jack was great. Very nice and answered all out questions for what his job covered. However, the sales department was a very big disappointment. We had received an email to purchase another service contract for our car that would cover the car to 100,000 for $640. When I called before I scheduled the service I spoke a a woman in sales that told me she would have to check on that and call me back. However I never received a call back. While our car was being serviced I asked one of the sales people about it. It took a lot of back and forth between the sales person and the sales manager (the sales manager could not ever bother to talk to us himself). Finally we were told that that offer came from Volkswagen themselves and that their dealership did not do the offers from Corporate. This will now be the second dealership that we will not go back to because it was purchased by Carlock.

The inventory of the dealership was sufficient. The pricing was good. As a lifetime Volkswagen owner this was my 5th VW that I have owned , both of my children were brought home from the hospital after birth in a Volkswagen so I am a loyal customer and I know what I want ; if I were a first time VW owner there is no way I would have purchased a car at this dealership. The first sales person I worked with was personable and friendly although a new VW salesman he had little knowledge of the vehicles; this is totally acceptable as he was new but the second sales person unfortunately seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and did not instill confidence. She walked back and forth multiple times to the managers office which I assume she was asking questions and had to return to correct some paper work. I had hoped one of them would just come out and assist / finish our transaction so that I could just leave with the vehicle. The out the door price was pre discussed and agreed on so I had returned and brought my own financing so I was literally expecting to just walk in, sign the papers and leave although that was not the case. This was a pretty poor experience unfortunately, as all the employees were friendly but it seems there is an issue with employee competence.

Jack was very helpful with setting up my appointment and taking care of all needed repairs and recalls. He handled contacting my company for approvals and arranged for me to have a loaner car limiting the amount of time I was out of work.
