Took my car in for the 2yr schedule maintenance. During my visit I indicated that my app gave me an error for an OTA software update. When the service tech came out with the papers after finishing, he said they got the update to work. However, the car is still at the same software version it was at before the visit. The mobile app still shows the new version pending. It seems like they did nothing to the software update but claimed they fixed it.
