Julian addressed me while I was waiting in line outside the garage in a friendly professional manner. He explained the process and advised about how long the service would take to complete. I wasn't aware that Volkswagen now charged 3% if using a credit card. I told Julian if I had known that when I scheduled the appointment, I would've paid cash or written a check. Julian said he could give me a 10% discount on the total bill. My experience with Julian at Volkswagen is the reason I'll be back when my vehicle needs service again.

Sam is great. Kept me informed and remembered past issues I've had with vehicles. $140 for an oil change is ridiculous. Then fees were added and oil change was nearly $170.
