The check in people were very nice and honest about time till tech could look at and replace part for the recall on top of my service. I have two twins that ride in car seats so shuttle service is null. The service and recall repair were completed ahead of schedule by 1.5-2 hrs which was very nice but one of the add on services that was recommended to me was a 20k sunroof drainage inspection for over $200 and my car doesn’t even have a sunroof so that made me weary of how the service was actually completed…
