Service manager was great. Went in for a new key fob and they had my car over a month. I read online that many Volkswagen autos have this issue. Not blaming the dealership per se, but my experience was not a good one.

The work was suppose to take a few days, 2 recall fixes. Work was finished in a little over a day, much appreciated.

Communication was terrible. Tech did not notify me of ongoing issues and every time I reached out, I did not get a straight answer or was told someone would call me back and never did. It wasn't until my husband went to speak to manager directly was progress made.
