Multiple issues with the vehicle that we were told were a “nature of the beast”. I didn’t pay that much for a vehicle to have the problems it has. If these issues are a “nature of the beast” it should have been disclosed when I purchased it

The wait was extremely long for me to have had an early morning appointment. Then, after hitting the road to travel home, my check engine light came on. I texted the young man pictures to let him know. The issue was, on Monday when he called me instead of replying to the text, he stated we only check your oil. Mind you, he previously stated/texted that all oil chances came with tire rotation and fluid checks. This upset me because I knew they had done something, whether is was maliciously or not.

The efficiency of the sales process needs work. The salesman was nice and accommodating however there maybe need to be some more training involved. There was a lot of back and forth which extended our time there.
