Sam was absolutely incredible and I will continue to come back to your location just because of her! She communicated with me consistently and made sure I had everything I needed, including a loaner vehicle. She's knowledgable, kind, and made the process so much easier for me. I was confident that she would ensure my wheel was fixed to my satisfaction and she showed me the work he had done afterwards. It was perfect. Triple points because she helped me move my children's carseats to the other vehicle at drop off and return!

The staff was very helpful and very easy to talk to. But every time I have taken my vehicle in to be serviced something has been wrong with the car and it’s not even 2 years old. I’m currently looking for a different vehicle as I no longer wish to have Volkswagen anymore
