Fast, reliable service. The technicians appear to be very knowledgeable-Jillian & I don’t recall the other technicians name who showed me the oil stick measurements.

My name is Toledo Johnson. I am a 61-year-old first time new car owner of a 22 Volkswagen Passat. My previous car was a 2009 Volkswagen. I bought it used as you can imagine. I was beyond thrilled to have a new car. I love the way my car drives, I’m very proud of myself. My intentions were to buy one more Volkswagon upon my retirement. I am a loyal Volkswagon girl. I was driving home from work recently and to smell burning no the best way I can describe it by all light. An engine light both came on. I drove to my local dealership immediately and drop my car in for service , I was notified the next day I needed a cylinder hand. It was causing my secondary air system to clog. This cost was $7550. I felt like I was going to faint. How could this be! My car was new! I have did everything recommended to me by Volkswagon Service agent Samantha Mistle Tag 192. Was nothing short of amazing to calm my fears and soothe my doubts she went to work on my behalf. She helped me to get a local loyal assistance Volkswagon covering 80% of the bill and on left with 20% which is about $1500 out of my pocket, I really don’t feel like I’m responsible. I feel like something was faulty when building my car. I am very grateful for the assistance. I was told I could continue to drive my car with the check engine light still on and if the light comes on my oil light that is bring it back to Volkswagon and they would fill it back up the cylinder head I need is on national backorder. My repair date is April 26, 2025. I did ask for a loaner car until I can get my car running properly. I was denied the loaner car every time I start my car the check engine light is shining at me I also feel I acceleration When I drive, I don’t feel safe in it and I’m afraid to drive out of town. What has happened to me? Is no fault of mine. My dream car has become a Nightmare!!!!!! Please help! I would like to continue the great experience I’ve had with Volkswagon. I hope we can resolve this in a way that is pleasing to both of us.

I had a 930 appointment. I dropped my car off at 9:15 Ish for an oil change tire rotation and balance checked back a few hours later they hadn’t gotten into it was gonna be coming up to be done soon checked back again in the early afternoon and they were just finishing up when I asked what happened. they said they were shortstaffed and had booked too many appointments for the day and to compensate for my time they didn’t charge me that definitely won my appreciation for your dealership. I did have to keep checking back to find out the status of the car.
