I was told the car I was looking at and eventually bought had more features than it has. I would of bought a model that had the features I wanted if I was told the truth. When I called in regards to one thing, the sales manager made a comment that "its a base model". What does that have to do with anything. Like since it's a base model then I'm screwed. I should get good customer service regardless of price. Very disappointed as I've owned 5 VW cars over the last 20 years

On a weekend road trip, I experienced an issue with my new Atlas. Without booking a service appointment, I took it to the Murfreesboro dealership first thing on a Saturday morning. Not only were they able to look at it that morning, but they also found and fixed the issue. The team there and the Service Advisor Samantha were top notch! This was the best experience that I've had with any dealership service department.
