I specifically asked to just have my oil changed and told the service guy that I do not want my tires rotated. I told him I just had two new tires placed on the front and to please don’t rotate them. Two hours later, the service people sent me a video of the undercarriage of my car with all the tires off. This made me upset because I specifically asked for this not to be done. I told them, put them back how they found them please. They also quoted me $159 for oil change and then texted me a bill for $250. I refused to pay that amount. I have been to this dealership before and had a good experience. I had even thought that when I need a new car, I would buy it here. Not anymore. I will never set foot in that place again. I feel like they didn’t listen to me and they overcharged.

The service was awesome! Providing an Uber to take me home, and to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership when the repairs were done, was an awesome bonus! It may be the entire process convenient and seamless.
