I initially dropped my VW Tiguan for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician then damaged my radiator which VW replaced at no cost to me. I contacted VW multiple times to determine the status of my car (VW had for 3 days), and left messages, but no return calls. Dallas Cropper was the rep. managing the process. Jack attempted to answer, but always had to defer to Dallas which was MIA every time. Then I was informed that I needed new tires. I researched to locate 4 new tires and purchased the same tires that VW wanted to install and saved myself 50% on cost. I purchased new tires at $500, and VW wanted $1,025. Same exact tires...... Since VW already had my car, I requested them to install my tires at $120.00 which I had completed there. Even with the new tire purchase and VW installing (total about $631), there is still a savings of $394. Also, when I read the final paperwork of work completed, whomever typed this up, misstated some things on the form. I then spoke to Samantha (Sam) about this and she had the paperwork revised as I requested.
