Your service reps are why I keep coming back. I almost left my appointment the other day because I saw the total due, which was more than this diy-er wanted to pay. Jack itemized the costs down for me and honestly, I have had such good response from your service team, that I trust them and know they have my safety in mind when they inspect the car. Jack is awesome, professional, FRIENDLY, and if he ever leaves, I might go elsewhere for service. It’s the PEOPLE who work in service who keep me coming back when I know I could get cheaper service elsewhere.

Thank you for serving my car. They went above and beyond me for and I am forever grateful. I'm so happy that we have a Volkswagen dealership here in Murfreesboro where I don't have to drive to far to get service. I will definitely be back for my next service. Jack was extremely helpful. When I asked for updates on my car he always sent a response promptly. Everyone there is so nice. Thank you again it's always hectic when you have to bring your in for service, but my experience at Volkswagen so pleasant.
