Excellent. Service was fast, no appointment since it was a now issue. Jack Khown, the service advisor, quickly prepared a written service record detailing my issues. I left the car. Within just a very short time, same day, I had a text telling me the issues had been identified and corrected. I proceeded back to the dealership, my car was not only ready but had been washed, looking like new. Jack was there to immediately complete the paperwork, brought the car up and I was good to go. My daughter brought me in her VW. It coincidently created a low tire warning while I waited. Jack had her bring it into the shop and quickly had someone check all tire pressures as correct and reset the warning light. Overall, service, and Jack could not have been better. Thanks everyone! And thank you Jack!
