Jack was great. I went in to get an airbag light checked and because of the multipoint inspection I ended up getting new tires an alignment and a few other things. My car is driving much smoother after. Jack set me up with a free uber to a coffee shop and back which was awesome. I am very happy with my experience.

The person that I made the appointment with was outstanding when I dropped the car off things went downhill from there, and then when I picked up the vehicle, it never gotten any better. This is our second attempt to deal at this dealership. The first was to purchase the car that we just had serviced. We ended up purchasing it at another dealership. The second was Service this time I asked for the radio to be flashed to update the program every dealership that we have ever had service has performed this at no cost. This time they wanted a $99 diagnose fee. I told them that it just needed a software update that’s what every dealership has always performed since the car was new and it is always corrected the problem this time they were totally against that and I needed to pay for them to diagnose the issue. This is our last time at this dealership. We had outstanding customer service at cool Springs dealership and that’s where we’ll continue to go.
